Enjoy a delicious Argentine Malbec wine paired with Finnish beef flank steak. This dish is perfect for celebrating Malbec World Day.

Ingredients:
- 1 piece of Flank Steak (about 500 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 glass of Argentine Malbec wine (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Take the flank steak out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rub the marinade onto the flank steak and let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium heat.
5. Grill the flank steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
6. Let the meat rest under foil for about 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve the sliced flank steak with a glass of Malbec wine.
