Delicious and easy to prepare, beef fajitas are served with tortillas and can be customized with various toppings.Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef brisket- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas
- For serving: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Slice the beef brisket into strips.2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the beef strips and sear them on all sides.
4. Chop the onion and bell peppers. Add to the skillet and cook until softened.
5. Add minced garlic and spices. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Warm the tortillas either in a skillet or microwave.
7. Serve the filling on top or inside the tortillas and add desired toppings.
