A delicious beef steak marinated with a unique celery root mixture.
Preparation Time: 1 hour (30 minutes marinating + 30 minutes cooking)
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 450 g beef sirloin
- 100 g celery root
- 2 tsp spruce sap syrup
- 1 clove of garlic
- 0.5 dl mild sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef sirloin into steaks and season with salt.
2. Peel and coarsely grate the celery root.
3. Finely chop the garlic clove.
4. In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, spruce sap syrup, grated celery root, and garlic.
5. Marinate the beef steaks in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
6. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and sear the steaks on both sides until golden brown.
7. Serve the steaks with the celery root mixture on top.
