- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cup of fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 cup of yogurt (optional)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or mint) for garnish
Instructions:
