Ingredients:
- 2 dl gluten-free oat flakes - 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil (plus for frying)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt until you have a smooth batter. 2. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil.
4. Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the pancakes are beautifully golden brown.
5. Serve warm with berries, honey, or maple syrup.
