Ingredients:
- 200 g gluten-free flour blend - 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Chocolate Cream:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 100 g butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk
French Cherry Jam:
- 300 g cherries - 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan. 2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Add melted butter, eggs, and milk to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
5. For the chocolate cream, melt the dark chocolate and combine it with butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Whisk until fluffy.
6. To make the cherry jam, cook the cherries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan until thickened.
7. Cut the cooled cake into three layers. Spread chocolate cream and cherry jam between the layers.
8. Cover the entire cake with the remaining chocolate cream and decorate as desired.
9. Let the cake chill in the refrigerator before serving.
