Quick Energy Bars

Preparation Time: 30 minutes | Serving Size: 12 bars
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 1 dl nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl dried fruits (such as raisins or apricots)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 dl peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, and salt.
3. Add the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
4. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
