Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked salmon - 4 eggs
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
1. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces and finely slice the spring onions. 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the spring onions and sauté for about a minute.
4. Add the smoked salmon to the pan and mix well.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh dill if desired.
