- 200 g Apetitin Plant-Based Mince
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper, sautéing for a few minutes until softened.
2. Add the Apetitin Plant-Based Mince to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until heated through.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk the mixture lightly together. Season with salt and pepper.
