Ingredients:
- 500 g marinated salmon fillet
- 300 g whole wheat pasta
- 1 small carrot
- Green olives
- Olive oil
- 100 g salad mix
Instructions:
1. Bake the marinated salmon fillet in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-30 minutes, until fully cooked.
2. Flake the cooked salmon into a salad bowl.
3. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about two minutes less than recommended).
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the salmon flakes.
5. Peel the carrot and julienne it using a vegetable peeler. Add the carrot strips to the salad.
6. Stir in the green olives.
7. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and add the salad mix. Toss everything together well.
