Ingredients:

- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 dl fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 4 dl green salad leaves (e.g., arugula or lettuce)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 dl olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or mint) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the salad leaves. Place them in a large salad bowl.
2. Wash the berries and halve larger ones, such as strawberries.
3. Slice the red onion into thin rings and add it to the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into the salad.
5. Gently add the berries to the salad, mixing carefully.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then pour it over the salad.
7. Season with salt and pepper, and toss gently to combine.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
