- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thin wedges lengthwise.
2. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overlapping to achieve crispiness.
4. Bake the potatoes at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
