A delicious vegan comfort food that combines fries, Vöner, avocado sauce, and pico de gallo. Perfect for game day snacks!

Ingredients:

- 750 g French fries
- Salt
- 1 packet Vöner slices (200 g)
- About 1 dl grated vegan cheese
- Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro & basil) and chopped green onions
Avocado Sauce:
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 dl oat cream
- ½ dl vegan mayonnaise
- ½ lime juice
- Salt

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut the French fries and bake them until golden brown in the oven or fry them. Season with salt.
2. Cook the Vöner slices in a pan until heated through and slightly crispy.
3. Prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, oat cream, vegan mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
4. Assemble the plates: Place the French fries on a plate, add the cooked Vöner slices, sprinkle with grated vegan cheese, and top with fresh herbs and chopped green onions.
5. Drizzle the avocado sauce over the top and serve with pico de gallo.
