A delicious and quick vegan dish that combines vöner and broccoli in a flavorful teriyaki sauce. Perfect for busy nights! Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 package Vöner slices (200 g) - 300 g broccoli
- 2 dl teriyaki sauce
- 2 green onions
- 1 red chili
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh coriander for serving
- Rice
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet and add the Vöner slices. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they separate and get a bit of color. 2. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring.
3. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and bring to a boil. Cook for another couple of minutes.
4. Finish the dish with chopped green onions, chili, sesame seeds, and fresh coriander.
5. Serve with rice.
