A delicious Teriyaki sauce perfect for drizzling over grilled meats or vegetables. Preparation time is only 10 minutes, and it yields about 2 dl of sauce. Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 dl soy sauce
- 1 dl rice wine (mirin)
Instructions:
1. Measure the sugar, soy sauce, and rice wine into a saucepan.
2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until the sugar completely dissolves.
3. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool before using.
