Delicious teriyaki skewers made from pork shoulder bring Asian flavors to your grill. Quick to prepare and perfect for summer days.

Ingredients:
- 600 g pork shoulder
- 1 dl teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions:
1. Cut the pork shoulder into small cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
4. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning and basting with teriyaki sauce during cooking.
6. Once the skewers are golden brown and cooked through, remove them from the grill.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
