A rich and indulgent dark chocolate cake that's perfect for any celebration. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a thin crust forms on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate for decoration.
