Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long, evenly sized strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water to remove excess starch.
3. Thoroughly dry the potato strips with paper towels.
4. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Fry the potatoes in small batches for about 5-7 minutes, until they are golden brown.
