A delicious mustard sauce enhanced with whiskey, perfect for complementing various dishes. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Serving size: approximately 400 ml.Ingredients:
- 1 dl Coleman's mustard powder
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl finely grated brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp potato starch
- 1 tsp vinegar
- A splash of whiskey
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for the vinegar.
2. Stir constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom.
3. Bring to a boil until the mixture bubbles a few times.
4. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature.
5. Once cooled, mix in the vinegar and a splash of whiskey.
6. Jar the sauce and let it sit in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
