Ingredients:

- 1 romaine lettuce
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 bell pepper (e.g. red or yellow)
- 1 cucumber
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Grill the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and let cool.
3. Chop the romaine lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
5. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
6. Add olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
