Ingredients:

- 400 g salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasonings evenly over the fish.
3. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and steam the broccoli separately.
4. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve the salmon alongside the boiled potatoes and steamed broccoli. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs.
