Serving Size: 20 chocolates
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 50 g milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur (e.g., Grand Marnier)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Melt dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave gently. 2. Stir in the orange liqueur, butter, and salt into the melted chocolate until well combined.
3. Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
4. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Once set, cut the chocolate into desired shapes or sizes.
6. Dust cocoa powder over the chocolate pieces before serving.
