A delightful and delicious salmon mousse served with a spicy curried piccalilli sauce. Perfect as an appetizer for dinner or celebrations.

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
Piccalilli Sauce:
- 1 dl pickles (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. First, prepare the salmon mousse: Place the salmon fillets, cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to set.
3. Prepare the piccalilli sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve the salmon mousse topped with the piccalilli sauce. You can garnish the dish with fresh dill.
