Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh burrata- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g fresh basil
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
- 40 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g marinated artichoke hearts
- 50 g parmesan cheese (shaved)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.2. Place the burrata on a plate and slice it gently.
3. Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the burrata.
4. Sprinkle the marinated artichoke hearts over the tomatoes.
5. Tear the fresh basil and add it to the salad.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
8. Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese before serving.
