A simple and delicious dinner perfect for weekdays or weekends. Preparation time is just 30 minutes and the recipe serves four.Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 100 g feta cheese
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the bell pepper into strips.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Add the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the pan, and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the fresh spinach and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well and cook until the spinach has wilted.
6. Crumble the feta cheese on top and serve warm.
