- 4 chicken fillets

- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 200g fresh vegetables (such as asparagus and cherry tomatoes)
- 100g feta cheese
- 4 servings of rice or other side dish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the chicken fillets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken fillets and add some lemon zest.
4. Place the chicken fillets in a baking dish and surround them with fresh vegetables.
