This refreshing Sunday smoothie is the perfect way to start your day! It's quick to prepare and tastes delicious. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt) - 1 banana
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- 1 dl fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 dl milk or plant-based milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender. 2. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth.
3. Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
