Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados - 1 large tomato
- 1 small red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and peel them. Dice the avocados into cubes.2. Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.
3. Dice the tomato.
4. In a bowl, combine the avocado, red onion, and tomato.
5. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add the olive oil.
6. Stir in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and black pepper.
7. Gently mix to avoid mashing the avocados.
8. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
