Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms) - 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and garlic; sauté for about 2-3 minutes until soft.
5. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly golden brown.
6. Pour the cream over the mushrooms and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the sauce garnished with fresh parsley.
