A refreshing and colorful salad perfect for a healthy and mindful diet. It combines various flavors and nutrients that support well-being.

Ingredients:

- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse the spinach and place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel it. Slice the avocado and add it to the salad.
3. Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the bowl.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and sprinkle the nuts on top.
5. In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy mindful eating!
