Ingredients:

- 150 g local cheese (e.g., Aura cheese)
- 100 g fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli and carrots)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain. 2. Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Steam the vegetables lightly until they are crisp-tender.
