Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin sticks.
2. Place the potato sticks in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
6. Remove the fries from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
