Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh fish (such as trout or salmon)
- 300 g shrimp
- 2 dl olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 4 skewers
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fish: Clean and fillet the fish, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the shrimp: Peel and clean the shrimp. Mix them with olive oil, crushed garlic, and chopped dill.
3. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.
4. Thread the fish fillets and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the fish skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
6. Grill the shrimp separately until they turn pink.
7. Serve the delicious grilled fish and shrimp with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
