A delicious and customizable wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and fresh toppings. Perfect for a summer barbecue! Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 4 wraps
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2-3 green onions
- 4 tortillas
- 200 g shredded cheese
- 100 ml salsa
- 1 avocado
- 100 ml sour cream
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Cook in a skillet until fully cooked.
3. Chop the green onions and add them to the beef during the last few minutes of cooking.
4. Take the tortillas and place cooked beef, shredded cheese, salsa, sliced avocado, sour cream, and lettuce in the center.
5. Fold the edges of the tortillas towards the center to form a tight wrap.
6. Lightly brush the wraps with oil and place them on the grill.
7. Grill the wraps for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove the wraps from the grill and let them cool for a moment before serving.
9. Cut in half and enjoy!
