A delicious and easy-to-make halloumi wrap, perfect for a meal or snack. Feel free to vary the fillings to your liking! Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 wraps
Ingredients:
- 4 tortillas - 200 g halloumi
- 1 avocado
- 200 g hummus
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry halloumi slices until golden brown.2. Slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Take a tortilla and divide it into four sections, folding it to fit the fillings in each section.
4. Spread hummus, spinach, halloumi, avocado, and cherry tomatoes into the different sections of the tortilla.
5. Fold the edges of the tortilla inward to create pockets for the fillings.
6. Fry the wraps in the pan on both sides until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
