A delicious dish combining creamy hummus, crispy blinis, and flavorful marinated mushrooms, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients:

- 200 g cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g blini flour
- 500 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g marinated mushrooms (e.g. button or chanterelles)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the hummus: Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Make the blinis: In a bowl, mix blini flour, milk, eggs, and salt. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan and add a tablespoon of oil. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan and cook the blinis on both sides until golden brown.
4. Serve the blinis with hummus and marinated mushrooms. Garnish with fresh parsley.
