Ingredients:

- 1 can of chickpeas (about 400 g)
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed

Instructions:

1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
2. In a blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, gochujang, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
3. Blend until smooth, then add the olive oil.
4. If the hummus is too thick, gradually add water until you reach your desired consistency.
5. Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more salt or gochujang if needed.
6. Serve the hummus with vegetable sticks, bread, or savory crackers.
