A sweet and spicy noodle dish that beautifully combines gochujang chili paste, cabbage, and tofu. A quick and easy weeknight meal perfect for busy days.

Ingredients:
- 200 g whole grain noodles
- 200 g tofu
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 2 tbsp gochujang chili paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the whole grain noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in oil in a pan until golden brown. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
3. Shred the cabbage and add it to the pan with the tofu. Stir-fry until the cabbage softens.
4. In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over them. Mix well and sauté for a few more minutes.
6. Serve the dish on plates, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro if desired.
