A delicious and healthy stir-fry featuring tofu and a mix of colorful vegetables.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 2 tsp herb mix
- 6 lettuce leaves
- Whole grain rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- Garlic cloves (crushed)
- Sesame oil
- Water
- 300 g tofu (1 pack)
- 1 bag stir-fry vegetables
- Green beans
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing crushed garlic, herb mix, soy sauce, and water in a bowl.
2. Cube the tofu and add the pieces to the marinade. Gently mix to coat.
3. Heat sesame oil in a wok pan.
4. Add the diced red onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for a moment.
5. Add the marinated tofu and stir-fry vegetables to the pan. Cook while stirring for a few minutes.
6. Add the green beans and cook for another few minutes.
7. Serve the stir-fry with lettuce leaves and cooked whole grain rice.
