A delicious and hearty vegetarian chili packed with flavor and nutrients. Easy to prepare in one pot!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1.5 onions
- 0.3 tsp white pepper
- 1.5 tsp herb salt
- 1.5 tsp paprika powder
- Olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 390 g crushed tomatoes
- 400 g smoked tofu
- 1 tsp table salt
- 300 g frozen corn
- 400 g canned kidney beans
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 green chili pepper
Instructions:
1. Chop the onions and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
3. Add white pepper, herb salt, and paprika powder, mixing well.
4. Cube the tofu and add it to the pot. Sauté for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring to combine.
6. Add corn and rinsed kidney beans, mixing thoroughly.
7. Season with chili powder and salt. Let simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
8. Finish with chopped green chili pepper and serve warm.
