Ingredients

- 400 g frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 250 g herb-marinated tofu
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 400 g cooked wild rice mixture
- Canola oil (for frying)
- Green beans (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat canola oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables and green beans to the pan. Cover with a lid and let the vegetables thaw for about 5-7 minutes.
3. Gently stir the vegetables with a spatula to avoid breaking them.
4. Once the vegetables are heated, add the cubed herb-marinated tofu to the pan.
5. Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the tofu is hot.
6. Serve the stir-fry alongside the cooked wild rice mixture.
