Ingredients:
- 500 g beef (e.g., steak or strips)
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 g noodles
- 100 ml kimchi
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 2 spring onions (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef into strips and marinate it in gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
3. Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the marinated beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the beef and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and Sriracha sauce as needed.
5. Serve the dish with kimchi and sliced spring onions on top.
