Ingredients:
- 300 g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil (e.g., canola or sesame oil)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly until golden.
4. Add the julienned carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and mix well.
6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Combine all ingredients well and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped green onions and mix.
8. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired.
