Ingredients:
- 300 g ground beef - 200 g rice noodles
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the bell pepper and carrot.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Add the onion and garlic to the beef, sautéing until the onions are soft.
5. Stir in the bell pepper and carrot, cooking for an additional few minutes.
6. Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro.
