Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until the mixture is fluffy.
2. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mixing well to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
