A delicious recipe combining flavorful meatballs with a rich tomato sauce. A great choice for dinner!

Ingredients:
- Splash of milk
- ½ kg ground pork, veal, and beef
- A bit of oregano
- 1 large onion
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 2 cans of tomato paste
- A little garlic powder
- A couple of garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of lard
- A bit of onion powder
- 0.6 dl parsley
- 2 tomatoes
- 2.3 dl Italian spices
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, oregano, salt, and parmesan cheese.
3. Add the lard, parsley, onion powder, and spices to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
5. Fry the meatballs in a pan until golden brown.
6. Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce and paste in a pot. Add the chopped tomatoes and spices to taste.
7. Add the fried meatballs to the tomato sauce and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
8. Serve with pasta or rice.
