Description: A delightful dish featuring savory vegetable meatballs, fresh tomatoes, and melted mozzarella, garnished with fragrant basil.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g vegetable meatballs
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 bunches of basil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the vegetable meatballs to the pan and cook until golden brown.
4. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
6. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and add it to the pan. Let the cheese melt slightly.
7. Chop the basil and stir it in just before serving.
8. Serve warm, ideally with pasta or salad.
