A delicious and nutritious Middle Eastern dip, perfect for spreading on bread, dipping vegetables, or enjoying with crackers.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 can chickpeas (approx. 400 g)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- Water as needed

Instructions:

1. Rinse the chickpeas under cold water and drain well.
2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and cumin (if using).
3. Blend until smooth, adding water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more salt or lemon juice.
5. Serve the hummus drizzled with olive oil and enjoy with fresh vegetables or bread.
