Summer Halloumi and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:
- 200 g halloumi
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g salad greens (e.g., arugula or iceberg lettuce)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill or a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Slice the halloumi into 1 cm thick pieces.
3. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a nice golden brown crust.
4. Rinse and dry the strawberries, then slice them.
5. Rinse the salad leaves and dry them thoroughly.
6. Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, top with sliced strawberries and grilled halloumi.
7. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with black pepper and salt.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh flavor!
