A delicious sandwich featuring grilled Halloumi cheese and fresh herbs. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 100 g Halloumi cheese
- 0.5 dl fresh basil (or parsley/chives)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- Olive oil
- Slices of toasted bread
Instructions:
1. Grill the Halloumi cheese slices and toasted bread slices in a grill pan until golden brown.
2. Mix the herbs (basil, parsley, or chives) with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer the grilled bread and Halloumi on a plate.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
